Download Instructions

  1. Close all open applications.
  2. Click Download Now. In Microsoft® Internet Explorer®, click Run, click Run again and then Install. In Firefox®, click Save File; once the file is saved, click the .exe icon in the dialogue box.
  3. Select Install.
  4. Follow the Installation Wizard instructions to complete the installation.

  • 1280 x 768 with true colour minimum (1280 x 1024 with true colour recommended)

Note: AutoCAD Map 3D 64-bit cannot be installed on a 32-bit Windows operating system.

The following requirements are optional and pertain only to users of AutoCAD® Map 3D Enterprise mapping software.

Oracle Database Specifications – Server

  • Oracle 10g R2 (10.2.0.4.0) Standard Edition, Standard Edition One or Enterprise Edition
  • Oracle 11g R2 (11.2.0.1.0) Standard Edition, Standard Edition One or Enterprise Edition

    Notes:
    • Oracle 10g or 11g Enterprise Edition is required to support jobs and long transactions
    • Oracle 11g and Spatial are required to support 3D
    • Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2 requires Oracle 11g R2

Oracle Database Specifications – Client

  • Oracle Database 10g Client Release 2 Administrator (Not Instant or Run-time)
  • Oracle Database 11g Client Release 2 Administrator (Not Instant or Run-time)
