View your product licence information

Find information about your licence type and associated serial numbers (if any) in Autodesk Account or the product.

Find licence information in Autodesk Account

You can monitor your current licence information for each product in Autodesk Account.

  1. Sign in to your account at manage.autodesk.com.
  2. Under All Products and Services, find your product.
  3. In the product tile, click View Details.
  4. If you see Licence Details on the product details page, select it to display your serial number and product keys.

If you don’t see Licence Details on your product details page, you don’t have a serial number.

2017 products and later

  1. Start your software.
  2. In the title bar, click your account > Manage Licence.

    Note: If you don’t see your account in the title bar, click Help > About > Manage Licence.
  4. To see licence details, expand the drawer on an active licence.

Note: For single-user subscriptions, you can usually sign in so that a serial number is not required. You may see a Stand-alone licence type for 2017-2019 products, but a User Licence type for 2020 and later product versions.

2016 products and earlier

  1. Start your software.
  2. Click Help > About or About [Product Name].
  3. In the About window, click Product Information or Product Licence Information.

If you are not able to locate the serial number by following the above, follow the steps below to request a licence report.

  1. Go to our support page
  2. Click the Post-purchase support box.
  3. Select User and Licence Management
  4. Select Manage Licenses
  5. Select License reports and fill in the mandatory fields to submit your request

*Note: Primary admins and secondary admins can request a licence report. Otherwise, the email address domain of the requester should match the company name.
